ĢTV Self-Service: Access Registration, Financial Aid, Grades, and More
ĢTV Self-Service is an essential online tool that helps students take care of many of the “business” parts of being an OC student. Depending on where you are in your journey, both as a new student and as a current student, you’ll use ĢTV Self-Service to complete tasks like submitting documents, managing your class schedule, reviewing financial aid, checking grades, requesting records, and more.
ĢTV Self-Service for New Students
New students will use ĢTV Self-Service to complete important steps as they get started at ĢTV. Through Self-Service, new students can upload required documents, register for classes, view class schedules, review financial aid and cost of attendance information, and track next steps in the enrollment process.

ĢTV Self-Service for Current Students
Current students use ĢTV Self-Service throughout the year to manage academic records and student services. Through ĢTV Self-Service, students can do things such as view and request enrollment verifications, review and accept financial aid packages, check grades and academic progress, apply for graduation, request transcripts, and access tax documents such as the 1098-T form.
Current students access ĢTV Self-Service through their ĢTV Portal and log in using their ĢTV One password.
